PontoonToursMb.com is based out of Bissett, Manitoba as a licensed Resource Tourism Operator providing Interpretive Pontoon Boat Tours including fully-guided fishing in the Boreal Region of the Nopiming Provincial Park. Having lived, worked and fished in Manitoba’s boreal for more than 20 years, your tour guides have a special connection to the landscape.
Your group will enjoy a tour through the northern most portion of Manitoba’s Nopiming Park aboard pontoon boats “the Manigotagan” and “the Caribou”. Launching at Caribou Landing, the route covers Quesnel and Manigotagan Lakes with a walking tour at Happy Lake portage. The scenery is awesome; the landscape has remained unchanged for thousands of years.
Travel back in time
A narrative exploration of the boreal environment is presented through storytelling, and as a guest, you are encouraged to ask questions and share your thoughts on what you hear, see, smell and possibly, even taste.
You and your group will become immersed in the landscape and learn about the local history, the culture, the ecology and the natural environment in a whole new way.
Wildlife sightings are relatively frequent. Pontoon boats are an ideal platform for relaxing, sight-seeing and fishing.

A recreational fishing primer is provided for the novice. Fishing gear, tackle and bait are supplied.
